Marg Brindavan, the new project by MARG ProperTies Ltd., had its Bhoomi Pooja today (Feb 20, 2011) at 9 AM at the project site at Pondur near Sriperumbudur,

The price for the 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom apartments at Marg Brindavan starts at Rs.12.7 Lakhs onwards for a 608 sqft apartment and goes up to Rs.22 Lakhs for 1070 sqft apartment. There will be around 1848 apartments coming up in this mega project of which 936 apartments will come up in Phase 1.

Amarprakash Heritage at Chromepet/Thiruneermalai is one of those few projects which comes with a pricing which is affordable for budget conscious buyers. I believe more builders will start announcing projects in this area, that is past the Chennai by-pass Road near Thiruneermalai / Kundrathur, given the proximity to the Chennai city via Chromepet, considering that the regions like Oragadam and Sriperumpudur have seen a lot of action in the recent past.
