The marketing of this project calling it "The Heritage at Chromepet" is kind of misleading since, the location of the project is well past Chrompet to its East, even past Chennai By-pass Road and Thiruneermalai temple, as shown in the following location map..

Considering that the location of Amarprakash Heritage is well past Chromepet, it is good that the feature list mentions a Convenio, Shuttle Service and Unisex Salon.

Amarprakash Heritage at Chromepet/Thiruneermalai is one of those few projects which comes with a pricing which is affordable for budget conscious buyers. I believe more builders will start announcing projects in this area, that is past the Chennai by-pass Road near Thiruneermalai / Kundrathur, given the proximity to the Chennai city via Chromepet, considering that the regions like Oragadam and Sriperumpudur have seen a lot of action in the recent past.
