Marg Brindavan, the new project by MARG ProperTies Ltd., had its Bhoomi Pooja today (Feb 20, 2011) at 9 AM at the project site at Pondur near Sriperumbudur,
The price for the 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom apartments at Marg Brindavan starts at Rs.12.7 Lakhs onwards for a 608 sqft apartment and goes up to Rs.22 Lakhs for 1070 sqft apartment. There will be around 1848 apartments coming up in this mega project of which 936 apartments will come up in Phase 1.
Marg Brindavan has a School, Convenio, ATM, Multi-level Car Parking, Clinic, Restaurant, Library, Indoor Games, Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre.
Though Marg Brindavan is a bit far away from Chennai city, the project will work out well for those who work in industrial belt of Sriperumbudur/Irungattukottai and Oragadam.
